Spent this weekend in Madison, WI and checked out The Old Fashioned based on a recommendation from a New York Times article. Great restaurant; dozens of Wisconsin beer on tap. Here’s their burger with bacon and a fried egg, served alongside the best cheese curds I’ve ever had. Very recommended.
